San Giorgio Aste are holding an online sale of affordable arms and armour that ends February 4th. The sale includes flintlock and percussion pistols and longarms. The antique firearms are both sporting and military and include Italian, French, American, and English examples.
Militaria in the sale is a selection of German WWII uniforms and a deactivated MG42 on a stand. Early European arms in the sale include halberds and other polearms, rapiers, swords and a crossbow. Hunting knives and daggers are also represented as are a few select lots of orders and awards.

Landshuter Rüstkammer are holding two auctions at the end of February, an antique arms auction and a special auction comprised of US and European firearms.
The latter sale includes many Colt, Winchester and Smith & Wesson guns in addition to some European firearms. Examples include Colt models 1849, 1851, 1855, 1860, 1861, 1862, 1873, 1877, 1878, 1889, 1894 and 1908’s. Winchesters include models 1866, 1873, 1876, 1886, 1892, 1894, and 1895’s. Among the other guns are a Devisme Paris revolver in box, a Chicago Palm pistol and a selection of Mausers.
Pictured above is a Brunswick hand and a half sword C. 1580, one of the lots in the antique armour sale. Also offered are three 16th century suits of armour, sallets, morions, swords, halberds, daggers and several wheellock and flintlock pistols from Germany, Austria and Italy. Top lots include a very fine Landshut made sallet C. 1480 with hallmark and a Saxon guard wheellock pistol dated 1591. The sale also includes orders, militaria, oriental and Japanese arms.
